2. Review the Fall 2010 Cory Enrichment Brochure for descriptions, program code, registration deadline, intended audience, dates, times, location, and costs.

4. Register online by going to www.myenrichment.com/store. If you have already registered for programs in the past, your information is already in the system. Contact molly@myenrichment.com if you forgot your login. Please use your email address as your login. You must input your child's information first before ordering a program. Don't forget to input/update your child's information with his/her TEACHER. Click here for step by step registration process.
5. Register via Editable PDF: Download and complete the Cory Registration Packet, print as a pdf, save on your hard drive, then email the pdf to molly@myenrichment.com. If credit card information is given, you do not have to do anything else. If paying by check, mail to My Enrichment, 9866 E. 27th Drive, Denver, CO 80238.
6. Register via Hard Copy: Cory Registration Packet is available in the Cory office. Mail to My Enrichment, 9866 E. 27th Drive, Denver, CO 80238.
7. Register via Phone: Call 303.872.0782 and provide information over the phone. You must complete General Permission to Participate portion of the registration packet and mail to My Enrichment, 9866 E. 27th Drive, Denver, CO 80238
8. Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, or checks payable to My Enrichment, LLC.
9. You will receive a registration report from My Enrichment through email validating all registrations and cost. This report gives My Enrichment Employee Identification Number (EIN) and all information for your Flexible Spending Account. Keep it for your records.
10. You will receive a welcome email the weekend before your child's program starts.

It includes: School/Enrichment Hours, Key Contact Information, Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures, Allergies/Medical Requirements, School Policy on Behavior and Discipline, and Discipline Process.
